TSM Client is now Skyward Utils.

- Brand-new menu (Right Shift or

Auto Harp

Reliability
- Each feature is isolated. One that keeps failing switches itself off and tells you once.
- The HUD can never crash the game; config files are written atomically and backed up if corrupt.
- Outgoing commands go through a rate-limited queue; custom chat filters are time-limited.
